Terms of Use

1. Provider and contact

Rota Nacional is provided by Exponencial Administração e Tecnologia LTDA, Brazilian company registration 39.556.809/0001-30, with registered office at Rua Copaíba, Lot 01, Block B, Suite 408, Norte (Águas Claras), Brasília — DF, 71919-540, Brazil. 2. Account and authentication

Registration uses an account with a verified email address: you sign in with a code sent by email, Google or a passkey, with an optional password. By signing in, you confirm that the account email is yours, is verified and may identify your user and organization. Sessions, passkeys, two-step verification and password resets are managed on the account page.

3. API keys and responsibility

The keys sk-rota-* are personal credentials or belong to the linked organization. Store them securely. Requests made with a valid key may consume quota, generate usage events and be subject to administrative blocking, suspension or revocation.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for illegal or abusive activity or to violate third-party rights; attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, origin policy or security controls; share credentials without authorization; send spam; exploit the infrastructure; or submit personal data beyond what is necessary and what your organization is authorized to process.

5. Privacy and PII

Rota Nacional processes personal data before inference according to the policy configured for the organization: block, sanitize/remove, or monitor/log. Metadata such as model, key, status, latency, origin, browser, IP, country, region, and PII categories/counts may be recorded for auditing and security. Monitoring mode does not sanitize content before the next step and should be used only when the organization has a legal basis and controls appropriate to that risk.

6. Encrypted retention and the organization's role

For auditing, incident investigation, legal requests and security traceability, prompts and outputs may be stored encrypted for 30 days by default, with a protected key and automatic purge after the applicable period. Access to decrypted content is restricted to an authorized and audited administrative flow. An organization that submits third-party content remains responsible for the purpose, legal basis, minimization, notices and corresponding exercise of rights.

7. Email communications

The public form only notifies the team; it does not send an automatic confirmation to the submitted address. When user notifications are enabled, they will be limited to transactional messages about an account, security, quota, service or requested support. We do not buy lists, automatically subscribe contacts to a newsletter or send bulk campaigns. Any future promotional messages will require an appropriate legal basis and a clear opt-out mechanism.

8. Limits, trial and availability

Public accounts may receive a temporary free trial and starter quota, with no guarantee of continued access after the stated period. Limits for RPM, requests, tokens, credits, inference origin, models and capabilities vary by organization. Invitation accounts or special projects may require administrative approval. Rota Nacional may limit, block or suspend requests to protect the platform, comply with legal duties or respond to a security incident.

9. Billing, intellectual property and third parties

Paid features, when purchased, follow the displayed offer or applicable commercial agreement. Credits are not currency and may expire according to the offer. Rota Nacional's brand, interface and code remain protected; customers retain the rights they hold in their content. External services required for authentication, payment, infrastructure or inference are also subject to their respective agreements and policies.

10. Liability and changes

The privacy layer reduces risk, but no detector, model or service is infallible. Customers must review outputs, keep appropriate copies and not use the platform as a substitute for professional decisions, legal duties or required human oversight. The service may change, become unavailable or discontinue capabilities for security, maintenance or product evolution.

11. Governing law and version

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. See also the Privacy Policy. Last reviewed: September 22, 2026. These terms may be updated to reflect legal, operational or product changes; material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
